The Hotline Command Equipment is voice dispatch access and mixing device, supporting up to 30 channels of voice access. The network side of the Dispatch Access device connects to the Ground Integrated Control Equipment, and the audio side can connect to a mixer (dispatch console), enabling real-time voice command and dispatch with the aircraft side. The use of network access solves the problem of short transmission distance for audio signals, effectively enabling the transmission of audio signals within the local area network.
