The Telephone Access Equipment can extend the office phone to the aircraft.
The Telephone Access Equipment is located at the ground center. Its main function is to connect to the Stored Program Control (SPC) telephone exchange via telephone lines, convert the analog signal of the two-wire phone into a data stream to be sent to the Ground Integrated Control Equipment, and then extend the two-wire phone to the aircraft side via the satellite link. One piece of Extension Phone Access Equipment can support the phone extension for multiple aircraft simultaneously.
