The Airborne Cloud Seeding Devices consist of one main unit and one Control Panel.

The Airborne Cloud Seeding Device’s main unit, control panel, and Task System Integration Software work together to operate the cloud seeding controller, the left and right flare racks, and the EJ-flare racks. The system is used to identify, seed, and display the status of the flares and EJ-flare. The cloud seeding subsystem can be operated in two distinct modes: manual mode using the Control Panel or automatic mode through the Task System Integration Software.
