Airborne Intelligent Power Distribution System

The Airborne Intelligent Power Distribution System, by connecting to the aircraft engine power supply platform (DC28V), provides the required DC28V and AC115V/AC220V power for various task system equipment through processes such as rectification, filtering, inversion, and control. The system can provide connection and control for 40+ channels of equipment with different power ratings , including AC115V/AC220V power with an inversion supply capacity of up to 5000W.

The hardware equipment of the Airborne Intelligent Power Distribution System includes four components: power control panel, intelligent distribution box, power display control and inverter. The system has two working modes: manned mode and unmanned mode..

In manned mode, the pilot is only responsible for enabling the power supply to the airborne intelligent distribution system. The operator is responsible for starting the system and enabling the power distribution to all connected equipment channels. The operator follows the procedure to turn on various equipment for detection and operational flight, and performs cloud seeding under appropriate conditions.

In unmanned mode, the pilot is responsible for enabling the power supply to the airborne intelligent distribution system. The system automatically runs after power is supplied, turning on the necessary air-ground communication equipment power. Once the air-ground satellite link is established, the ground operator is responsible for enabling the power distribution to the other equipment channels. After all equipment is turned on normally, the pilot can proceed with takeoff. When seeding conditions permit, the ground operator sends the operation command, and the pilot executes the cloud seeding upon consent.
