Airborne Gigabit Ethernet Switch

The Airborne Gigabit Ethernet Switch features 10/100/1000M auto-adaptive, high-speed data switching and is equipped with 16 high-speed Ethernet ports to meet the system’s data interconnection requirements.

The Airborne Gigabit Ethernet Switch is for network data exchange services within the local area network, and the device adopts distributed installation. As the network core equipment for airborne system integration, this device can be installed in a primary-backup mode. When one unit fails, the equipment can be switched by changing the plug, ensuring the reliability of the airborne system.

The Airborne Gigabit Ethernet Switch utilizes a single-piece aviation aluminum integral machining process, enhancing its resistance to shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference, as well as its electromagnetic emission protection, thus meeting all test requirements. The bottom surface of the equipment employs a conductive design to form a grounding conductor with the rack. The power supply and interface design fully consider filtering and isolation issues. Internal connecting cables are shielded, and resistors and capacitors use small packaging to reduce operational instability caused by external interference, ensuring the equipment meets the requirements for electrostatic, audio conducted susceptibility, and RF energy emission tests. All electronic components use industrial-grade or higher specifications, and extreme conditions such as over-voltage, under-voltage, and momentary power interruptions are fully considered in the input power section, allowing the equipment to meet high/low temperature, power supply, and voltage spike test requirements.
