The Portable Mobile Command Station is also a part of the air-ground command system. It enables coordinated command between aircraft, ground command center at anytime and anywhere. Its main functions are to establish satellite links to the ground center when the aircraft established satellite links as well. Then, it can communicate with the aircraft as the ground command center. The specific functions are as follows:

- Building VPN links with multiple aircraft to form a point-to-multi point communication command network.
- Point-to-multi point dispatch and command.
- Receiving, displaying and storing (including video) data transmitted by the aircraft.
- Control of data (files, text messages, etc.) transmission with the aircraft.
- Database, storing the data transmitted by the aircraft.
- Built-in LINUX operating system and 2TB hard disk.
- Network security and encryption functions for air-ground communication.
The Portable Mobile Command Station (a rugged box with a handle and pull rod) includes the portable satellite terminal, mobile communication integrated control equipment, laptop computer, software, and accessories.
The portable satellite terminal is designed as an integrated unit of antenna and transmission terminal, making it convenient for installation and use.
The mobile communication integrated control equipment is the core device for establishing VPN networks with the onboard and the ground center communication integrated control equipment.
