Weather Modification Aircraft Air-Ground Command Network

Our company undertook the National Weather Modification Air-Ground Command System construction project for the China Meteorological Administration, which was delivered and put into use in 2016. The command network includes the MA60, the King Air 350 high-performance weather modification aircrafts. The ground command centers include the National Weather Modification Command Center, Regional Command Centers, Provincial Command Centers, and The Portable Mobile Command Station.

The Weather Modification Air-Ground Command Network achieves reliable and secure voice and data interaction, as well as scientific scheduling and command between weather modification aircraft and ground command centers, making the weather modification operations more scientific, scaled, and orderly.

The main equipment of the Weather Modification Air-Ground Command Network includes the Airborne Communication Control Device, Airborne Inmarsat Satellite Equipment, Airborne Integrated Voice Communication Devices, Ground Integrated Control Equipment, Telephone Access Equipment, and Hotline Command Equipment. The software includes Airborne Command Software, Ground Center Command Software, Mobile Command Software, and Ground Center Data Service Software.
